The objective of this page is to describe the ways of managing the Site with regard to the handling of personal data of the Users who are consulting it.

The informative note is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 which the European authorities for personal data protection, gathered in the Group established by the article 29 of Directive n. 94/95/CE, have issued on May 17, 2001 in order to identify certain minimum requirements regarding on-line collection of personal data and in particular the modalities, timing and nature of the information which the data processor must provide to the Users when they log into web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The Processing related to this site’s web service is taken place at the AGSC s.r.l. premises and is carried out only by staff responsible for data processing or by personnel chosen for occasional maintenance work.

Specific security measures are taken in order to prevent loss of data, illicit or improper use and non-authorized access. luxitaly has taken all minimum security measures provided by the law in order to minimize the risks concerning privacy, availability and integrity of collected and processed personal information.
Rights of the Users.
The parties related to the personal data have the right, at any time, to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or its amendment ( art. 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 ).
Under the same article, one has the right to request the cancellation, transformation (anonymous) or blockage of the data processed in violation of the law and to oppose in all cases, for legitimate reasons, to the processing thereof.
